VERRUCAE TREATMENT

Verrucae are caused by a contagious virus that seems to thrive in damp conditions such as swimming pools, showers and bathrooms.

Verrucae often disappear by themselves fairly quickly however they can become troublesome, spread, grow larger and often become painful.

Verrucae can appear in individuals of all ages but seem to be more common in children. They do not always cause problems so verrucae treatment is not always necessary.
